About Us

Nia Pizza was created by our Founder, Armaan Rijhwani, a 19-year-old pizza maker who wanted to highlight high-quality locally sourced New Jersey ingredients on top of a light, flavorful, digestible, naturally leavened crust containing freshly stone-milled flours. Armaan tries to source as locally as possible, although Olive Oil and Parmigiano Reggiano are imported from Italy for the highest quality product. After joining the opening team of Fini Pizza, winning 2nd place in Young Pizza Maker Competition 2022, Armaan built his pizza trailer and installed 2 gozney dome pizza ovens.
